Software licenses are automatically sent by Sky Software's Billing Department to the email address we have on file. What technical service agreements does Sky Software offer to its customers?

Sky Software offers technical support services-including free software updates- to its customers governed by an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) that gets issued to the customer on yearly basis for renewal.

Sky Software provides technical support services through its dedicated Help Desk, telephone, email, chat, remote desktop, or on-site visits if needed.
