Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi shifts to Sky Software's QMS Quality & Guest Services Solutions

Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi Hotel has successfully replaced their existing system (Triton) with Sky Horizon Quality Management Solutions (Horizon QMS), which provides the optimal suite of tools to ensure the highest quality of services.

The project included a full installation of Horizon QMS, Horizon QMS Glitch Management System and Horizon QMS Mobile Applications, which have created a solid base for the servicing departments at the hotel to track, follow up and manage guest requests and incidents efficiently and rapidly from any location through tablets and smart phones.

Moreover, the upper management at Yas Viceroy was highly satisfied with Horizon QMS Dashboard, which enabled them of being informed with instant, real-time and quick identification for essential service KPIs to monitor the overall operational services performance at the hotel.

Horizon QMS GuestLink (G-Link) on the other hand has helped the hotel management in enhancing their communication with hotel guests through a set of customized and direct questions and notifications sent to the concerned departments and HODs to address guest complaints properly and instantly whilst in their stay thus improving guest compensation and retention rate.

Finally, the Engineering department at the hotel can now easily handle engineering and preventive maintenance tasks, energy meter readings and consumptions through the advanced features and reports in Sky Horizon Engineering and Maintenance Management System.
