Time Hotels selects Sky Horizon Quality & Guest Services Solutions at Time Onyx and Time Moonstone Hotels

Sky Software is pleased to share with you Sky Horizon Quality & Guest Services solutions installation at the esteemed Time Onyx and Time Moonstone Hotels, providing rich features and interfaces, allowing for an efficient, automatic and instant control over all guest related requests.

The Engineering and Maintenance EMS system was also implemented as part of this project. The hotels has immediately benefited from the interactive dashboards and engineering preventive maintenance to better manage and perform all planned equipment and rooms maintenance.

In specific, the hotels were impressed with the Auto assign rules that helps the customer automating the workflow, and get better statistics for employee performance.

Mobile App and Mass web based SMS and notifications interfaces were activated, enabling both; the management and agents to be instantly informed of the request status via live notifications and escalations, in addition to PMS Interface with Protel, which allowed importing guest info and events such as check in/out.
