Sky Software's Hospitality Solutions Implemented at The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi, Georgia

Sky Software is pleased to announce the successful implementation of Bayan Human Resources Management and Food Beverage Materials Management Systems at Millennium's hotel grand opening in Tbilisi, Georgia; The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi. The luxury seven-star hotel has selected to install Sky Software's solutions at its pre-opening phase in order to create a solid base for HR, Finance and Materials departments to control all their transactions and procedures efficiently, accurately and automatically.

Bayan HRMS has immediately provided the HR department with a comprehensive set of advanced features and reports to manage all employee related information and transactions, starting with employee profiles, official documents, dependents and medical insurance, passing by employees attendance records, which became easily handled through Bayan Timekeeping interface with the hotel's fingerprint and eye-scanner machines, and ended with employee payroll calculations, which could be now accurately performed while applying the income tax calculation as per the Georgian labor law. In addition, the hotel's management was obviously impressed with the requests and approvals automatic cycles through Bayan Workflow system.

The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi was also highly satisfied with the advanced features and seamless workflow in FBM, where purchasing and requisition cycles, quotations and vendor allocations can be now automatically and easily handled. Additionally, FBM was successfully interfaced with Sun Back Office to automatically import invoices, consumption and inventory vouchers, and with Symphony POS system for daily revenue import purposes.
