Sky Software Powers Raouche Arjaan by Rotana Beirut with its Horizon Quality Management System to Boost Guest Services

Sky Software is pleased to announce the successful implementation of Horizon Quality Management System (Horizon QEMS) at Raouche Arjaan by Rotana to provide the hotel with professional tool to improve the quality and better manage guest services and thus exceed guest expectations.

The project included the full installation of Horizon QEMS parallel with conducting several training sessions to the concerned departments to introduce the features of the new system and educate the staff on how to use it efficiently.

Horizon Quality Management System (QMS) has provided the hotel with an efficient tool to improve their service workflow and thus boost their guest services, as well as it provided them with an effective and documented communication within the departments concerned of handling the guest requests. As a result, it became much easier for the hotel to track guest requests, provide professional handling of escalated requests and get higher control over their employees’ performance.

On the other hand, implementing Horizon Engineering Management System (EMS) enabled the hotel to manage its engineering processes and preventive maintenance in an accurate way.

Raouche Arjaan Hotel has found in the new system the flexibility and professionalism it was looking for. The system proved again its capability to adapt to hotel needs and achieve the right results and objectives.
