Sky Software latest projects highlights in Qatar

Sky Horizon Quality & Guest Services solutions were recently implemented at two IHG prestigious hotels in Qatar; Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail and Crowne Plaza West Bay Doha, providing both hotels with an optimal, advanced and automatic workflow to manage guest requests, glitches and incidents professionally and instantly.

Crowne Plaza Doha has also benefited from Horizon QMS Mobile and Horizon QMS Mobile Android systems, which enabled a better track for guest requests from virtually any location through tablets and smart phones on the move.

On the other hand, the engineering department at the hotels has benefited from the advanced features in Horizon Engineering & Maintenance Management, which provided a better control over rooms & equipment’s preventive maintenance, utility meter reading logging and other engineering tasks.

The project at Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail has also included Jana Materials Management, which has immediately created a solid base for the hotel to manage all their purchasing & requisition cycles, store stock and inventory efficiently and automatically.
