Sky Software Hospitality Solutions Implemented at Downtown Rotana Manama

Upon Sky Software’s success in meeting the ongoing demands of Rotana Hotels Group, a package of Sky Software hospitality solutions were recently implemented through the pre-opening phase at Downtown Rotana Manama, as an important step towards achieving Rotana's vision to deliver a convenient workplace for their employees and an outstanding experience to their guests.

First, Bayan Human Resources and Bayan Workflow Management Systems were installed, providing the hotel with the optimal tools to manage employee profiles, official documents, attendance and payslips while being able to automatically track and respond to their requests, parallel with activating the advanced Suprema time attendance Interface and Back Office Interface to automatically import all required attendance records and Journal Vouchers (JVs).

On the other hand, Horizon Quality Management was implemented allowing the hotel to boost its services through its effective and streamlined workflow, where guest requests will easily be assigned, tracked and properly closed.

In addition, the engineering department at Downtown Rotana Manama has highly benefited from the automation and scheduling features in Horizon Engineering & Maintenance Management (Horizon EMS) for Equipment and Rooms Preventive Maintenance in addition to the ability to view and monitor meter reading consumptions.

Downtown Rotana Manama was also satisfied with the advanced features in FBM Food Beverage Materials Management, which allows them to effectively manage their purchasing, requisition, cost control and inventory procedures.
