Jana Materials Management’s latest migration projects at Rotana

New Jana Materials Management system Migrations from FBM legacy system have recently took place at a number of Rotana hotels in the region. Some of those projects took place at Majestic Arjaan by Rotana and Downtown Rotana Hotels in Bahrain, Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana, Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana, Centro Salama and Centro Shaheen in KSA, Yas Island Rotana, Centro Yas Island, Park Arjaan by Rotana, Towers Rotana, Pearl Rotana Capital Centre, Al Bandar Rotana, Beach Rotana, Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana, Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas and Amwaj Rotana – Jumeirah Beach Hotels in UAE, Karbala Rayhaan By Rotana in Iraq, Oryx Rotana, Centro Capital Doha By Rotana and City Centre By Rotana in Qatar, Salalah Rotana Resort in Oman, Al Salam Rotana in Sudan, Raouche Arjaan By Rotana and Gefinor Rotana in Lebanon, Westside Centro & Arjaan Westside Rotana and Burgu & Tango Arjaan Rotana, Turkey.

The new solution had provided Rotana hotels with the latest web features to manage all materials purchasing and requisition cycles, cost control and inventory procedures automatically and efficiently.

Powering more Rotana hotels with Bayan HRMS and Horizon QMS

Bayan Human Resources Management system has shown up at Centro Salama by Rotana in KSA, Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana, Rotana Hotel Management Corporation UAE, Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas and much more new Rotana hotels, providing a solid base to manage all employee related procedures, including employee profiles, attendance records, payroll transactions and request and approval cycles according to Rotana standards of policy and procedures.

Sky Horizon Quality and Guest Services Management system suite (QMS) was also selected by a group of prestigious Rotana new hotels, such as Al Bandar Rotana, Pear Rotana and Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas to provide hotel guests with a remarkable stay through optimizing the quality of hotel services and enabling an advanced and efficient workflow to follow up and monitor guest requests.
