More Rotana Hotels Implementing Sky Software Quality Management Solutions

Rose Rayhaan by Rotana and Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana have recently implemented Sky Horizon Quality and Guest Service Solutions (Horizon QMS) to fully manage their guest services and provide their guests with the value, comfort and experience they are looking for.

The service departments at the hotels have immediately experienced the impact of the advanced features in Horizon QMS, which enabled them to track and manage guest requests more efficiently. They have also benefited from Horizon QMS mobile app by automatically handling guest requests from anywhere. Moreover, installing Horizon QMS Interactive Voice Response (IVR) was a distinctive add-on, as it enabled the hotel staff to assign, finish or cancel work requests by simply dialing IVR number and follow its standard voice-guided steps.

On the other hand, the upper management at the hotels was highly satisfied with the advanced reporting system in Horizon QMS, which enabled them to track their guests’ top work requests and monitor the efficiency of how they are being handled.
