Kempinski Seychelles Resort has recently upgraded to the latest web based Bayan Human Resources Management System, making the most out of its advanced, flexible and user-friendly features to manage all employee related HR transactions including employee profiles, official documents, attendance, vacations and all payroll and accrual calculations. Sun Back Office interface was also activated to automatically import payroll vouchers.

In addition, the advanced unified rules and setup in Bayan Workflow Management have successfully provided a solid base to manage employee requests and approvals in such an efficient manner.
