Sky Horizon Quality & Guest Services Management System (QMS) was recently installed at Holiday Inn Makkah Al Aziziah Hotel, with the objective of helping the hotel providing their guests with a remarkable stay through optimizing the quality of hotel services and enabling a seamless and reliable standard workflow to follow up and handle guest requests properly. QMS Mobile Android was also activated to streamline the communication channels between the service departments through providing the hotel users with an instant access to all the options related to the work request life cycle starting from adding the request all the way until completion from virtually any location through tablets and smart phones.
