Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel and Villas shifts to Bayan Human Resources Management

Sky Software is glad to share with you the successful installation of Bayan Human Resources Management SaaS hosted at the prestigious Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel and Villas, replacing its legacy system; Oasys while providing a solid base of advanced features, reports and interfaces, which made it much easier to handle all human resources related transactions, including employee profiles, official documents, attendance records and payroll calculations.

Activated interfaces included; Timekeeping interface to easily track employee attendance records, Bank interfaces to send payroll pay slips directly, over a secure and an encrypted connection, to the bank, and Bayan-Scala BO financial interface to automatically export accrual vacations, tickets and indemnity, and payroll vouchers.

In addition, the hotel has highly benefited from the advanced rules in Bayan Workflow Management, which have provided the hotel with a better control over all employee requests.
