Golden Tulip Galleria Shifts to Sky Jana Materials Management System

Golden Tulip Galleria, the luxury five star hotel, has recently selected Sky Jana Materials Management System as a replacement for its legacy Fidelio MC former system. Jana Materials Management has immediately created a solid base for the hotel to manage its purchasing and requisition cycles, starting with submitting the request, throughout approval, allocation and authorization and ended with goods receiving in a total paperless automated workflow.

The installation also included the advanced interface with Sun Back Office to import invoices, consumptions and inventory Journal Vouchers (JVs), along with Micros POS interface to import daily sales, which enabled the hotel to have a better control over the daily revenues.

Jana MM reporting system has also proved its ability to meet the hotel's reporting needs and requirements through its comprehensive and customized reports, such as Inventory and Cost Control reports.
