Four Seasons Resorts in Seychelles shift to Bayan Human Resources Management System

Sky Software is glad to share its two simultaneous grand projects at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles Mahe and Four Seasons Resort Seychelles Desroches; two of the largest hotels at one of the most charming places in the world.

The parallel projects included the replacing of the hotels’ legacy system with Bayan Human Resources Management, while applying Four Seasons corporate standards and policies, meeting the hotels' demands and requirements, and accomplishing the integration with Four Seasons' standardized cloud-based chain applications; Workday through "My HR" interface and Ontrack through “I Schedule” interface.

In specific, the advanced features, reports and interfaces in Bayan HRMS have immediately impacted the procedures of the HR department at the hotels where a comprehensive training was provided for the HR department on how to manage employee profiles and official documents and import them from Workday system. The installation also included the Timekeeping interface with BIOSTAR machine, which allowed the live and real time monitoring of employees attendance. My HR Vacations interface on the other hand has allowed the import of vacation requests from Workday system to Bayan Timekeeping, while I Schedule interface has allowed importing the employee schedule as Bayan has provided I Schedule with the Actual employee hours in daily, weekly, and monthly basis, where Bayan can give a statistical report for the total actual hours by occupation and department; this helped the HR check the employee efficiency and performance and make sure that the departments schedule are consistent with the hotel occupancy and the hotel seasons.

In addition, Four Seasons Resort Seychelles Mahe and Four Seasons Resort Seychelles Desroches have benefited from the advanced features in Bayan Payroll, which enabled the hotels to perform all payroll and accruals calculations accurately and import payroll vouchers to Back Office systems automatically through the advanced SUN BO interface.

Finally, the hotels were highly impressed with the advanced rules in Bayan Workflow Management, which provided an automatic workflow to manage employee requests and approvals, while enabling collecting employees’ overtime hours, Pending day off, and Ticket request.
