Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya Selects Sky Bayan Human Resources Management System

Sky Bayan Human Resources Management System has been recently installed at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya during its pre-opening phase to streamline all HR related tasks while successfully accomplishing the integration with Four Seasons' standardized cloud-based chain application Workday through "My HR" interface.

Sky Software’s Bayan Support Team Leader; Mr. Mohammed Al-Bawaleez, has managed the project’s installation and training. The installation package included Bayan HR system, where a comprehensive training was provided for the HR department on how to manage employee profiles and official documents and import them from Workday system. The installation also included the Timekeeping interface with BIOSTAR Face Recognition machine, which allowed the live and real time monitoring of employees attendance, leaves and vacation records. My HR Vacations interface has allowed importing vacation requests from Workday system to Bayan Timekeeping.

The hotel has also benefited from Bayan Payroll system, where payroll, indemnity, allowances and accrual calculations became easily, automatically and accurately handled. Back Office interface has also enabled the import of payroll, vacations, tickets and indemnity accruals and statistics vouchers.

Finally, Bayan Workflow Management system has provided an easy-to-use and automatic submission and approval for salary advance, loans and tickets requests.
