Dar Al Tawhid InterContinental Upgrades to Jana Materials Management System

Sky Software is pleased to share with you the successful migration project from the legacy FBM system to Sky Jana Materials Management at the prestigious Dar Al Tawhid InterContinental Hotel. The hotel has immediately benefited from Jana's advanced web features, reports and interfaces in handling all purchasing and requisition cycles, inventory and cost control procedures in an automatic and efficient manner. On the other hand, the expiry date feature was a distinguished addition, making it easier for the hotel to control their stock items expiry dates automatically without the need for any manual work.

The hotel has benefited from the advanced reports in the system, such as Inventory Aging Report, Vendor Efficiency Report, Buyer Efficiency Report and other statistical reports.

Back Office interface was also activated to import invoices, consumptions and inventory Journal Vouchers (JVs).
