Dar Al Iman and Dar Al Hijra InterContinental Hotels Upgraded Sky Horizon QMS system to include SMS Escalation and G-Link Systems

In response to Intercontinental Hotels Group vision to boost the quality of its services and maximize their guest satisfaction, Dar Al Iman and Dar Al Hijra InterContinental Hotels have recently installed Horizon QMS G-Link System as an advanced online portal especially designed to encourage guest instant feedback and opinion on their stay and experience through various tablets distributed in Front Desks and Restaurants. The system instantly gives the hotel management the chance to deal with any guest complaints directly and thus ensure guest retention and satisfaction.

SMS Module was also activated to ease the process of assign, post and escalate guest requests and incidents through SMS messages, which provided the hotels with an extra edge of control over their guest incidents and complaints.
