Crowne Plaza Dubai has recently selected Bayan Human Resources Management System to replace its legacy system while benefiting from Bayan’s advanced features, interfaces and reports which have successfully provided a solid base to handle employee profiles, official documents, attendance records and payroll calculations.

In specific, the hotel has highly benefited from the advanced rules in Bayan Workflow Management system, which made it much easier to track all employee requests and approvals.

Activated interfaces included; timekeeping interface, to easily track employee attendance records, and BO SUN interface to automatically export accrual vacations, tickets and indemnity, and payroll vouchers.
