Bayan Human Resources Management System Replaces Oasys HRMS in Crowne Plaza Jeddah

Sky Software has just accomplished the implementation of Sky Bayan HRMS in Crowne Plaza Jeddah, which was chosen by the hotel management with the objective of eliminating the limitations and challenges that the hotel was facing with its former Oasys HR system. This is the second replacement of Oasys in IHG hotels in the Saudi Market after the selection of Sky Software Bayan HRMS as a preferred system in the MENA area.

In regard to the employee time attendance management, Bayan Time Attendance system has provided the HR Department with a set of organized and accurate forms and sheets to better handle and manage employees’ attendance, leaves and vacations.

Bayan Payroll system has helped the hotel in managing all payroll calculations accurately. The hotel has also largely benefited from the customized user defined reports feature in the Payroll system, as they become able to generate the required reports and have full online history to retrieve employee HR and Financial information, a feature that was completely missed in the former system. Additionally, Bayan Payroll system helped the hotel overcome some manual and double calculations that the staff used to do on outside spread sheets. Currently, there is no more need to do any extra manual calculations outside the payroll module. This was a main cause of loss in time and accuracy that the hotel used to experience in the former system and is completely overcome by Bayan HRMS.

Bayan SUN Financial interface has provided the hotel with the required information, including the Accrual Indemnity, Vacations and Tickets, and Head Count Statistics to be exported in an automated and transparent manner without the need of doing manual Journal Vouchers outside the system.

Bayan Workflow was also installed at the hotel to automate, manage and handle HR various employee transactions, including vacation requests and approval, advanced salary, termination and promotions requests.
