Bayan Human Resources and Workflow Management Systems Grand Project at Four Seasons Riyadh Hotel

Bayan Human Resources Management System was recently chosen by Four Seasons Riyadh Hotel to replace their legacy system, Oasys, attracted by Bayan HRMS advanced features, accuracy, flexibility and efficiency in addition to its local and international reputation as a preferred HR system for five-star hotels in the Middle East and Africa.

Bayan HRMS was integrated with Four Seasons' standardized cloud-based chain application ‘Workday’ which has enabled the HR department at the hotel to easily and automatically handle all HR procedures, including employee profiles and official documents while benefiting from the notification alerts and the broad spectrum of reports Bayan HRMS provides.

Bayan Timekeeping was also integrated with four attendance devices at the hotel facilitating the automatic import for all employee attendance, leaves and vacations records.

Using Bayan Payroll Management, on the other hand, has enabled the hotel to successfully close the payroll month without any duplicates, delays or errors.

Additionally, Bayan-Sun BO financial interface was activated to provide the hotel with the required information, including the Accrual Indemnity, Vacations and Tickets, and Head Count Statistics to be exported in an automated and transparent manner without the need for creating manual Journal Vouchers outside the system.

Moreover, different types of employee requests became easily handled through the streamlined and automatic Bayan Workflow system.
