Following the brand essence of Rotana Hotels & Resorts of exceeding guest expectations and maintaining lifelong relationship with their hotel guests and provide personalized tailored services by understanding individual needs and preferences, Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana (Makkah, KSA) has selected Sky Software’s Quality and Guest Services solutions to materialize this vision into practice by implementing a quality management platform that anticipates guest needs and helps in providing optimal guest experience during their stay at the hotel.

The project included a full installation for Horizon QMS Interactive Voice Response (IVR), which has helped the hotel staff assign, finish and cancel work requests instantly by dialing the IVR extension and follow its standard voice-guided steps.

Horizon QMS Dashboard has also provided the upper management at the hotel with a reliable tool to measure the quality and efficiency of the overall operational performance and monitor its metrics.

Additionally, implementing Sky Horizon Engineering & Maintenance Management system allowed the engineering department at the hotel to acquire total control over engineering and preventive maintenance tasks.
