Al Bandar Rotana selects Sky Software QMS Guest Services Management

Al Bandar Rotana Hotel has recently selected Sky Horizon Quality Management system suite (QMS) to provide hotel guests with a remarkable stay through optimizing the quality of hotel services and enabling an advanced and efficient workflow to follow up and monitor guest requests. QMS Mobile was activated to streamline the communication channels between the service departments through providing the hotel users with an instant access to all the options related to the work request life cycle starting from adding the request all the way until completion.

The installation has also included activating Rotana App (Rotana MyStay) web server interface, which allows the hotel guests to create their work orders instantly without the need to call the operator or the guest service center through guest mobile Application.

Finally, Engineering & Maintenance Management System has provided the Engineering department with an optimal control over engineering and maintenance tasks.
